Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining AgileOps' internal Proxmox infrastructure and Kubernetes on-premise cluster
  • Developing DevOps and SysOps solutions and implementations for various project and operational needs
  • Installing new and rebuilding existing servers and configuring hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
  • Developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures
  • Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
  • Performing ongoing performance tuning and resource optimization as required
  • Configuring CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required

This Is For You If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Networking or a related field
  • A strong background in Linux and Networking (AWS and on-premises products)
  • A productivity and performance-focused mindset
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas clearly
  • Keen attention to detail

It’s Even Better If You Have:

  • 6-12 months of Linux system administration experience
  • The ability to document, diagram, and flowchart systems and processes
  • A curious and continuous hunger for learning and staying up to date with the latest solutions on the market
  • An analytical mind
  • A creative and open-minded attitude

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the best approach to meet technical and/or functional problems with Atlassian systems, and complimentary 3rd party products
  • Providing documented guidance and recommendations in a timely fashion on the selection, licensing and implementation of Atlassian products and services, with a focus on value co-creation
  • Providing best practices configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian product suite, such as Jira, Confluence and marketplace apps
  • Identifying and presenting appropriate process improvements: Agile, ITSM
  • Customizing and administering Atlassian products: Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluecen, OpsGenie
  • Continuously striving to increase knowledge and generously sharing insights
  • Providing technical solution design input into commercial proposals

This Is For You If You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / IT / Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience working with the Atlassian product suite
  • Intimate familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, bitbucket, Github, etc.)
  • A client-oriented, result-based working style and mindset
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • The ability to work in an agile working environment with the ability to make recommendations and provide feedback on requests for workflow changes and business process
  • The ability to identify root causes of client issues, and be able to correctly manage and deploy changes
  • The capacity of becoming a lead in client requirement gathering, process analysis, deployment and user acceptance testing
  • The ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and organizations

It’s Even Better If You Have:

  • Atlassian certifications: ACP-120/ACP-100, ACP-420/ACP-400
  • The ability to work within a team and independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
  • A strong understanding of enterprise software and enterprise software implementation/projects
  • Experience in estimating work effort, managing projects, creating detailed project documents and end-user training
  • A commitment to ongoing personal learning and development as needed to provide expert-level advice on Atlassian products, services, offerings and technologies

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
  • Developing content for AgileOps' blog, product descriptions, bid proposals and solution documentation
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Organizing writing schedules to complete drafts of content or projects within deadline
  • Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Updating AgileOps' content on different platforms as needed

This Is For You If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field
  • IETLS with writing band at least from 7.0, or equivalent qualification
  • A proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • An outstanding grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

It’s Even Better If You Have:

  • A background in IT, especially the domains of ITIL, Atlassian, AWS, and DevOps
  • A good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
